Cisco vBond Orchestrator Software等都是美国思科（Cisco）公司的产品。Cisco vBond Orchestrator Software是一套安全网络扩展管理软件。vEdge 100 Series Routers是一款100系列的路由器产品。SD-WAN Solution是运行在其中的一套网络扩展解决方案。 Cisco SD-WAN Solution 18.3.0之前版本中存在输入验证漏洞，该漏洞源于程序没有正确的对CLI中的请求admin-tech命令执行输入验证。远程攻击者可利用该漏洞覆盖底层操作系统上的任意文件，提升权限至root。以下产品受到影响：Cisco vBond Orchestrator Software；vEdge 100 Series Routers；vEdge 1000 Series Routers；vEdge 2000 Series Routers；vEdge 5000 Series Routers；vEdge Cloud Router Platform；vManage Network Management Software；vSmart Controller Software。

A vulnerability in the Cisco SD-WAN Solution could allow an authenticated, remote attacker to overwrite arbitrary files on the underlying operating system of an affected device. The vulnerability is due to improper input validation of the request admin-tech command in the CLI of the affected software. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by modifying the request admin-tech command in the CLI of an affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to overwrite arbitrary files on the underlying operating system of an affected device and escalate their privileges to the root user. This vulnerability affects the following Cisco products if they are running a release of the Cisco SD-WAN Solution prior to Release 18.3.0: vBond Orchestrator Software, vEdge 100 Series Routers, vEdge 1000 Series Routers, vEdge 2000 Series Routers, vEdge 5000 Series Routers, vEdge Cloud Router Platform, vManage Network Management Software, vSmart Controller Software.
